To carry out the seizure provided for in Article L. 222-2, prior authorisation from the judge issued on application is required, except in the cases set out in Article L. 511-2.
Pour procéder à la saisie prévue à l’article L. 222-2, une autorisation préalable du juge délivrée sur requête est nécessaire, sauf dans les cas prévus par l’article L. 511-2.
L’ordonnance portant autorisation désigne le bien qui peut être saisi ainsi que l’identité de la personne tenue de le délivrer ou de le restituer. Cette autorisation est opposable à tout détenteur du bien désigné.
