Article R222-5 of the French Sports Code

The sports agent delegate, the national technical director attached to the federation, or his representative, and a representative of the French National Olympic and Sports Committee take part in the work of the sports agent commission in an advisory capacity. However, these persons do not attend meetings when the commission is sitting as a jury for the examination of the sports agent’s licence or in disciplinary matters.

The committee may hear any person it deems useful. The provisions of the present paragraph are not applicable when the Commission is sitting as a jury for the examination of the sports agent’s licence.

Le délégué aux agents sportifs, le directeur technique national placé auprès de la fédération, ou son représentant, et un représentant du Comité national olympique et sportif français participent aux travaux de la commission des agents sportifs avec voix consultative. Toutefois, ces personnes n’assistent pas aux séances lorsque la commission siège comme jury de l’examen de la licence d’agent sportif ou en matière disciplinaire.

La commission peut entendre toute personne dont l’audition lui paraît utile. Les dispositions du présent alinéa ne sont pas applicables lorsqu’elle siège comme jury de l’examen de la licence d’agent sportif.
