La liste d’opposition au démarchage téléphonique prévue à l’article L. 223-1 repose sur un traitement automatisé de données à caractère personnel dont la mise en œuvre et la gestion sont confiées à un organisme de droit public ou de droit privé désigné dans les conditions prévues à l’article L. 223-4, pour une durée maximale de cinq ans.
