Article R2242-9 of the French Labour Code

The employer’s request referred to in the first paragraph of article L. 2242-9 is sent by any means that provides proof of receipt by the regional director of companies, competition, consumption, labour and employment.

The request must include :

1° The company name of the establishment and its postal and e-mail addresses, if any;

2° Its SIRET number;

3° References to the legislative or regulatory provisions against which the application is to be assessed;

4° The agreement or action plan mentioned in article L. 2242-8. The action plan is accompanied, where applicable, by the minutes of disagreement referred to in the same article.

La demande de l’employeur mentionnée au premier alinéa de l’article L. 2242-9 est adressée par tout moyen permettant d’apporter la preuve de sa réception par le directeur régional des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi.

La demande doit comporter :

1° La raison sociale de l’établissement, ses adresses postale et électronique le cas échéant ;

2° Son numéro de SIRET ;

3° Les références aux dispositions législatives ou réglementaires au regard desquelles la demande est à apprécier ;

4° L’accord ou le plan d’action mentionnés à l’article L. 2242-8. Le plan d’action est accompagné, le cas échéant, du procès-verbal de désaccord mentionné à ce même article.
