The expert’s report is filed at the registered office at least fifteen days before the date of the General Meeting called to vote on the buyback.

It shall be made available to shareholders and statutory auditors, who may inspect it or obtain a copy in full or in part.

Le rapport de l’expert est déposé au siège social quinze jours au moins avant la date de l’assemblée générale appelée à se prononcer sur le rachat.

Il est tenu à la disposition des actionnaires et des commissaires aux comptes qui peuvent en prendre connaissance ou obtenir la délivrance d’une copie intégrale ou partielle.
