Article R2252-5 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Companies or organisations which, by virtue of the regulations in force, may receive loans or loan guarantees from municipalities are subject to the control provided for by the articles R. 2222-1 to R. 2222-6.

There is no derogation from the special rules of control concerning low-rent housing organisations.

Article R2252-5

Les entreprises ou organismes qui, en vertu de la réglementation en vigueur, peuvent bénéficier de prêts ou de garanties d’emprunt de la part des communes sont soumis au contrôle prévu par les articles R. 2222-1 à R. 2222-6.

Il n’est pas dérogé aux règles particulières de contrôle concernant les organismes d’habitation à loyer modéré.
