Article R2262-4 of the French Labour Code

In the case of caretakers, domestic servants, lone workers and home workers, the employer’s obligation to post notices as provided for in article R. 2262-3 is replaced by the issue to each of these employees of a document containing the information set out in the notice referred to in article R . 2262-3.

Pour les concierges ou gardiens d’immeubles, les employés de maison, les travailleurs isolés ou à domicile, la délivrance par l’employeur à chacun de ces salariés d’un document reprenant les informations qui figurent sur l’avis mentionné à l’article R. 2262-3 se substitue à l’obligation d’affichage prévue par ce même article.
