A reviewable price is a price which may be modified, under the conditions set out in this article, to take account of economic variations.
When the price is reviewable, the contract terms set out the date on which the initial price is established, the procedures for calculating the review and the frequency with which it is implemented. The procedures for calculating the price review are set:
1° Either on the basis of a reference from which the price of the service is adjusted;
2° Or by applying a formula representing changes in the cost of the service. In this case, the revision formula only takes into account the various elements of the cost of the service and includes a fixed term;
3° Or by combining the methods mentioned in 1° and 2°.
