The French Anti-Doping Agency is authorised to create an automated personal data processing system to facilitate the establishment of the biological profile of athletes within the meaning of Article L. 230-3 and to guide anti-doping tests.
This processing brings together the biological data revealed by the analyses following the biological samples provided for in the first paragraph of article L. 232-12.
Est autorisée la création, par l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage, d’un traitement automatisé de données à caractère personnel visant à faciliter l’établissement du profil biologique de sportifs au sens de l’article L. 230-3 et à orienter les contrôles relatifs à la lutte contre le dopage.
Ce traitement rassemble les données biologiques mises en évidence par les analyses consécutives aux prélèvements biologiques prévus au premier alinéa de l’article L. 232-12.
