Electronic transmissions are made using a dedicated computer application accessible via the Internet.

The technical characteristics of this application guarantee the reliability of the identification of the recipients, the integrity of the documents sent and the security and confidentiality of exchanges between these persons and the French Anti-Doping Agency. They also make it possible to establish with certainty the date and time when a document was made available and when it was first consulted by its recipient.

Les transmissions par voie électronique s’opèrent au moyen d’une application informatique dédiée accessible par le réseau internet.

Les caractéristiques techniques de cette application garantissent la fiabilité de l’identification des personnes destinataires, l’intégrité des documents adressés ainsi que la sécurité et la confidentialité des échanges entre ces personnes et l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage. Elles permettent également d’établir de manière certaine la date et l’heure de la mise à disposition d’un document ainsi que celles de sa première consultation par son destinataire.
