Each approved federation shall appoint an anti-doping adviser responsible for ensuring that the federation complies with its obligations in terms of the fight against doping as set out in 5° of I and III of article L. 232-5, articles L. 231-5, L. 231-5-1, L. 231-8, L. 232-10-2 and L. 232-23-5, the second paragraph of article L. 232-14 and articles R. 232-41-16, R. 232-48, R. 232-52 and R. 232-57 and for being the contact person for the French Anti-Doping Agency. 232-14 as well as articles R. 232-41-16, R. 232-48, R. 232-52 and R. 232-57 and to be the contact for the French Anti-Doping Agency with regard to all of these obligations, in particular for the purposes of transmitting the information mentioned in the first paragraph of article L. 232-10-2 ;
In order to carry out his duties, the anti-doping referent may exchange information with the Agency, the Ministry of Sport, the National Sports Agency, the French National Olympic and Sports Committee and the French Paralympic and Sports Committee.
