Article R232-41-15 of the French Sports Code

The Secretary General of the French Anti-Doping Agency shall inform the World Anti-Doping Agency, the International Federation concerned and, where applicable, the foreign National Anti-Doping Organisation concerned, of the identity of the persons to whom athletes may not have recourse or whose services they may not seek under Article L. 232-9-1.

Le secrétaire général de l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage informe l’Agence mondiale antidopage, la fédération internationale concernée et, le cas échéant, l’organisation nationale antidopage étrangère concernée, de l’identité des personnes auxquelles les sportifs ne peuvent avoir recours ou dont ils ne peuvent solliciter les services au titre de l’article L. 232-9-1.
