Preliminary subsection: Prohibition on using the services of a person who has been the subject of an anti-doping sanction

The Secretary General of the French Anti-Doping Agency shall inform the World Anti-Doping Agency, the International Federation concerned and, where applicable, the foreign National Anti-Doping Organisation concerned, of the identity of the persons to whom athletes may not have recourse or whose services they may not seek under Article L. 232-9-1.

Federations shall inform the French Anti-Doping Agency, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by any means that guarantees the origin and receipt of this transmission of information, of the identity of their licensed athletes or members of the support staff of licensed athletes who use, directly or indirectly, in the context of their sporting or professional activity, the services of the persons mentioned in I of article L….
