Article R232-47-1 of the French Sports Code

The athlete reports for testing under the conditions set out in the notification sent to him/her.

The person in charge of testing may, at the request of the athlete or a third party, authorise the athlete to delay arrival at the doping control station or authorise the athlete to leave the station temporarily, provided the athlete is continuously accompanied by the person in charge of testing or the chaperone referred to in article R. 232-56.

Le sportif se présente au contrôle dans les conditions prévues par la notification qui lui a été transmise.

La personne chargée du contrôle peut, sur demande du sportif ou d’un tiers, autoriser le sportif à retarder son arrivée au poste de contrôle du dopage ou l’autoriser à le quitter temporairement à la condition que l’intéressé soit accompagné de manière continue par la personne chargée du contrôle ou l’escorte mentionnée à l’article R. 232-56.
