Article R232-57 of the French Sports Code

Approved sports federations and competition or event organisers are required to organise training for the anti-doping delegates mentioned in article L. 232-14 and the escorts provided for in article R. 232-56. The list of persons thus trained is sent each year to the French Anti-Doping Agency.

The French Anti-Doping Agency and the organisations mentioned in the first paragraph of II of article L. 232-5 also organise the training of the escorts that they may designate in application of the fourth paragraph of article R. 232-56.

The content and methods of the training provided for in this article are defined by the French Anti-Doping Agency.

Article R232-57

Les fédérations sportives agréées et les organisateurs de compétition ou de manifestation sportive sont tenus d’organiser la formation des délégués antidopage mentionnés à l’article L. 232-14 et des escortes prévues à l’article R. 232-56. La liste des personnes ainsi formées est transmise chaque année à l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage.

L’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage et les organismes mentionnés au premier alinéa du II de l’article L. 232-5 organisent également la formation des escortes qu’ils peuvent désigner en application du quatrième alinéa de l’article R. 232-56.

Le contenu et les modalités des formations prévues au présent article sont définis par l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage.
