Samples are transported to and stored by the laboratory used in application of Article L. 232-18 under appropriate temperature conditions specified by the Agency. They must ensure the integrity of the samples, the safety of personnel and the confidentiality of procedures.
L’acheminement des échantillons au laboratoire auquel il a été fait appel en application de l’article L. 232-18 et leur conservation par celui-ci s’effectuent dans des conditions de température adaptées, spécifiées par l’agence. Ils doivent assurer l’intégrité des échantillons, la sécurité des personnels et la confidentialité des procédures.
