The laboratory called upon in application of article L. 232-18 shall draw up an analysis report setting out the results of the analyses and the types of methods used.
The laboratory shall send the analysis report to the Secretary General of the Agency by any means.
In accordance with international standards, the laboratory shall communicate, by any means, atypical or abnormal test results to the Testing Authority, if other than the Agency, to the International Federation and, where applicable, to the National Anti-Doping Organisation concerned.
Only the positive test result is notified by the agency to the athlete tested and, where applicable, to the person(s) with parental authority over him or her or to his or her legal representative.
The tested athlete and the National Federation concerned may request, in writing, that the Agency provide the test result if it is negative.
The Agency may also inform the person responsible for the test of the presence of a prohibited substance in the samples it has taken, of any decisions taken subsequently and of any other information necessary for the performance of its duties.
