Article R232-85-4 of the French Sports Code

The following categories of data are recorded in the French automated personal data processing system mentioned in Article R. 232-85-3:

1° Data relating to the athlete’s civil status:

a) Surname and first name;

b) Date of birth;

c) Sex;

2° Indication of the sporting discipline for which the authorisation has been requested;

3° Indication of the pathology whose treatment justified the granting of the authorisation;

4° Details of the authorised substance, its dosage and route of administration or the method to which it relates;

5° The date of issue of the authorisation and its period of validity;

6° Details of the authority which issued it.

Sont enregistrées dans le traitement français automatisé des données à caractère personnel mentionné à l’article R. 232-85-3, les catégories de données ci-après :

1° Les données relatives à l’état civil du sportif :

a) Nom et prénom ;

b) Date de naissance ;

c) Sexe ;

2° L’indication de la discipline sportive pour l’exercice de laquelle l’autorisation a été sollicitée ;

3° La mention de la pathologie dont le traitement a justifié l’octroi de l’autorisation ;

4° Les données relatives à la substance autorisée, sa posologie et sa voie d’administration ou la méthode à laquelle elle se rapporte ;

5° La date de délivrance de l’autorisation et sa durée de validité ;

6° La mention de l’autorité l’ayant délivrée.
