Article R232-85-9 of the French Sports Code

The head of the medical department of the Agence française de lutte contre le dopage, deputised where necessary by the scientific adviser to the President of the Agency, is responsible for compliance with the rules governing the management of the data processing.

The right of access and rectification may be exercised with this data controller under the conditions set out in articles 39, 40 and 43 of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and civil liberties. The data controller has two months to respond to the request.

The right to object provided for in article 38 of the same law does not apply to this processing operation.

Le responsable du service médical de l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage, suppléé, le cas échéant, par le conseiller scientifique placé auprès du président de l’agence, est responsable du respect des règles de gestion du traitement.

Le droit d’accès et de rectification s’exerce auprès de ce responsable dans les conditions prévues aux articles 39, 40 et 43 de la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés. Le responsable du traitement dispose d’un délai de deux mois pour donner suite à la demande.

Le droit d’opposition prévu à l’article 38 de la même loi ne s’applique pas au présent traitement.
