The information and personal data recorded in the automated processing may not be kept for more than eighteen months from the expiry of the period of validity of the authorisation.

However, in the event of a dispute, this period shall be extended, if necessary, until an irrevocable court decision has been reached.

Les informations et les données à caractère personnel enregistrées dans le traitement automatisé ne peuvent être conservées au-delà d’un délai supérieur à dix-huit mois à compter de l’expiration de la durée de validité de l’autorisation.

Toutefois, en cas de contentieux, ce délai est prorogé, le cas échéant, jusqu’à l’intervention d’une décision juridictionnelle irrévocable.
