Article R2333-120-17-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

With a view to issuing the enforcement order or cancellation order mentioned in IV of article L. 2333-87, the commune, the public establishment for inter-communal cooperation, the mixed syndicate or the contracting third party shall transmit the following information to the Agence nationale de traitement informatisé des infractions:

– the identification and contact details of the commune, the public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation or the mixed syndicate that is the beneficiary of the proceeds of the parking charge;

– the elements for establishing the absence or insufficiency of payment of the parking charge, in particular the registration number of the vehicle that is the subject of the payment notice ;

– the financial information required to draw up the enforcement order, in particular the amount of the post-parking charge still due;

– where applicable, information relating to the cancellation decision.

This information is transmitted by dematerialised means.

En vue de l’émission du titre exécutoire ou du titre d’annulation mentionnés au IV de l’article L. 2333-87, la commune, l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale, le syndicat mixte ou le tiers contractant transmettent à l’Agence nationale de traitement informatisé des infractions les informations suivantes :

– l’identification et les coordonnées de la commune, de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale ou du syndicat mixte bénéficiaire du produit du forfait de post-stationnement ;

– les éléments de constat de l’absence ou de l’insuffisance de paiement de la redevance de stationnement, notamment le numéro d’immatriculation du véhicule objet de l’avis de paiement ;

– les éléments financiers nécessaires à l’établissement du titre exécutoire, notamment le montant du forfait de post-stationnement restant dû ;

– le cas échéant, les éléments relatifs à la décision d’annulation.
