The magistrates mentioned in the last paragraph of article R. 2333-120-21 fees, the unit amount of which, as well as the maximum number that may be paid annually by the same rapporteur, are set by joint order of the Minister of Justice and the Minister for the Budget.
Il est alloué aux magistrats mentionnés au dernier alinéa de l’article R. 2333-120-21 des vacations, dont le montant unitaire ainsi que le nombre maximal pouvant être effectué annuellement par un même rapporteur sont fixés par arrêté conjoint du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice et du ministre chargé du budget.
