The Commission’s General Meeting, made up of all magistrates, meets at least once a year. It is convened and chaired by its chairman. It examines issues of common interest. Its role is consultative.
The chairman of the committee convenes a plenary meeting of the court registrars at least once a year. The chairman informs the committee of general matters of interest to the court registry and obtains its comments.

Article R2333-120-28 bis

L’assemblée générale de la commission, composée de tous les magistrats, se réunit au moins une fois par an. Elle est convoquée et présidée par son président. Elle examine les sujets d’intérêt commun. Son rôle est consultatif.

Le président de la commission convoque au moins une fois par an une réunion plénière des agents de greffe de la juridiction. Il l’informe des sujets d’ordre général intéressant le greffe et recueille ses observations.
