Article R2333-120-70 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Applications for the enforcement of decisions handed down by the Commission du contentieux du stationnement payant may be submitted via the internet-accessible portal mentioned in article R. 2333-120-32 bis.

The commission may, by means of the same portal, send the administrative authority the communications and notifications necessary for the execution of the decision and inform the applicant of the outcome of its request.

Les demandes d’exécution des décisions rendues par la commission du contentieux du stationnement payant peuvent être présentées au moyen du portail accessible par internet mentionné à l’article R. 2333-120-32 bis.

La commission peut, par le moyen du même portail, adresser à l’autorité administrative les communications et notifications nécessaires à l’exécution de la décision et informer le demandeur de la suite donnée à sa demande.
