Article R2334-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The number of caravan spaces taken into account under the provisions of article L. 2334-2 is set, for each municipality and each calendar year, in the agreement provided for in article L. 851-1 of the Social Security Code. This number is determined on 1st January of the year preceding the financial year for which the overall operating grant is allocated.

Article R2334-1

Le nombre de places de caravanes pris en compte au titre des dispositions de l’article L. 2334-2 est fixé, pour chaque commune et chaque année civile, dans la convention prévue à l’article L. 851-1 du code de la sécurité sociale. Ce nombre s’apprécie au 1er janvier de l’année précédant l’exercice au titre duquel est répartie la dotation globale de fonctionnement.
