Article R2334-25 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Confirmation of the completeness of the application and a waiver granted on the basis of II of article R. 2334-24 do not constitute a decision to award the grant.

An application for a grant is deemed to have been rejected if it has not been the subject of an award decision no later than during the financial year following that in respect of which the application was made.

If, after rejection, the application is submitted again, it is considered to be a new application subject to the provisions of this sub-section.

L’attestation du caractère complet du dossier de même qu’une dérogation accordée sur le fondement du II de l’article R. 2334-24 ne valent pas décision d’octroi de la subvention.

Une demande de subvention est réputée rejetée si elle n’a pas fait l’objet d’un arrêté attributif au plus tard lors de l’exercice suivant celui au titre duquel la demande a été formulée.

Si, après rejet, la demande est présentée de nouveau, elle est considérée comme une nouvelle demande soumise aux dispositions de la présente sous-section.
