Article R2334-4 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The number of social housing units is assessed at 1 January of the year preceding that for which the urban solidarity and social cohesion grant is paid.

The total number of recipients of housing benefit, including their spouse and dependants usually living in their household, mentioned in 3° of article L. 2334-17 is assessed on 30 June of the year preceding that for which the urban solidarity and social cohesion grant is paid.

Article R2334-4

Le nombre de logements sociaux est apprécié au 1er janvier de l’année précédant celle au titre de laquelle est versée la dotation de solidarité urbaine et de cohésion sociale.

Le nombre total des bénéficiaires d’aides au logement, y compris leur conjoint et les personnes à charge vivant habituellement dans leur foyer, mentionnés au 3° de l’article L. 2334-17 est apprécié au 30 juin de l’année précédant celle au titre de laquelle est versée la dotation de solidarité urbaine et de cohésion sociale.
