Article R2336-6 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

Payments of individual allocations calculated for each municipality and each public establishment for intercommunal cooperation with its own tax status in accordance with Article L. 2336-5 are made from the date of notification of allocations under the fund under the following conditions:

<1° If the amount of the allocation is less than €10,000, the payment is made in one instalment before 30 November, subject to the fund's available funds;

<2° If the amount of the allocation is more than €10,000, payments are made monthly.

Article R2336-6

Les versements des attributions individuelles calculées pour chaque commune et chaque établissement public de coopération intercommunale à fiscalité propre conformément à l’article L. 2336-5 sont effectués à compter de la date de notification des attributions au titre du fonds dans les conditions suivantes :

1° Si le montant de l’attribution est inférieur à 10 000 euros, le versement est réalisé en une fois avant le 30 novembre, dans la limite des disponibilités du fonds ;

2° Si le montant de l’attribution est supérieur à 10 000 euros, les versements sont réalisés mensuellement.
