Article R2343-3 of the French Public procurement code

In support of its application, the candidate shall produce :
1° A declaration on their honour that they do not fall into any of the cases mentioned in the legislative provisions of Sections 1 and 2 of Chapter I and, in particular, that they meet the obligations concerning the employment of disabled workers defined in Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labour Code;
2° The documents and information requested by the purchaser for the purposes of verifying the applicant’s fitness to carry out the professional activity, economic and financial standing and technical and professional capacity in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2142-5, R. 2142-6 and R. 2142-11 to R. 2142-14;
3° All information or documents proving its nationality and, where applicable, the information requested by the purchaser pursuant to Article R. 2343-6.

Le candidat produit à l’appui de sa candidature :
1° Une déclaration sur l’honneur pour justifier qu’il n’entre dans aucun des cas mentionnés par les dispositions législatives des sections 1 et 2 du chapitre Ier et notamment qu’il satisfait aux obligations concernant l’emploi des travailleurs handicapés définies aux articles L. 5212-1 à L. 5212-11 du code du travail ;
2° Les documents et renseignements demandés par l’acheteur aux fins de vérification de l’aptitude à exercer l’activité professionnelle, de la capacité économique et financière et des capacités techniques et professionnelles du candidat conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 2142-5, R. 2142-6 et R. 2142-11 à R. 2142-14 ;
3° Tous les renseignements ou documents justifiant de sa nationalité et, le cas échéant, les renseignements demandés par l’acheteur en application de l’article R. 2343-6.
