Where the purchaser considers that the number of suitable candidates is too small to ensure genuine competition, it may suspend the procedure and republish the call for tenders, setting a new deadline for the submission of requests to participate.
In this case, the candidates selected following the first publication and those selected following the second publication shall be invited in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2344-9 and R. 2344-10. This option is without prejudice to the purchaser’s right to cancel the current purchasing procedure and launch a new procedure.
