Article R2362-2 of the French Public procurement code

Where the framework agreement does not set out all the contractual terms, it shall give rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts under the conditions laid down in Subsection 2. Where the framework agreement sets out all the contractual stipulations, it shall be executed progressively by the issue of purchase orders under the conditions set out in sub-section 3.

Lorsque l’accord-cadre ne fixe pas toutes les stipulations contractuelles, il donne lieu à la conclusion de marchés subséquents dans les conditions fixées à la sous-section 2. Lorsque l’accord-cadre fixe toutes les stipulations contractuelles, il est exécuté au fur et à mesure de l’émission de bons de commande dans les conditions fixées à la sous-section 3.
