Article R2393-43 of the French Public procurement code

When the holder introduces subcontractors after the contract has been notified, he shall submit to the purchaser, against a receipt or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, a declaration containing the information mentioned in article R. 2393-42.

The acceptance of the sub-contractor is recorded by a written decision of the purchaser.

Article R2393-43

Lorsque le titulaire présente des sous-contractants après la notification du marché, il remet à l’acheteur contre récépissé ou lui adresse par lettre recommandée, avec demande d’avis de réception, une déclaration contenant les renseignements mentionnés à l’article R. 2393-42.

L’acceptation du sous-contractant est constatée par décision écrite de l’acheteur.
