Article R241-26 of the French Sports Code

When an animal has been banned, it may not return to competition until it has undergone a new test carried out, at the applicant’s expense, under the conditions set out in articles R. 241-4 to R. 241-7.

The analysis report is sent by the laboratory to the federation concerned and to the French Anti-Doping Agency.

Participation in the first event in which the animal is entered after the period of prohibition is subject to presentation to the event organiser of the negative result of the analysis report.

Article R241-26

Lorsqu’un animal a fait l’objet d’une interdiction, il ne peut reprendre la compétition qu’après avoir subi un nouveau contrôle effectué, aux frais du demandeur, dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 241-4 à R. 241-7.

Le rapport d’analyse est envoyé par le laboratoire à la fédération concernée et à l’Agence française de lutte contre le dopage.

La participation à la première épreuve à laquelle l’animal est inscrit après la période d’interdiction est subordonnée à la présentation à l’organisateur de la manifestation du résultat négatif du rapport d’analyse.
