Article R2511-14 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

At the beginning of each year, the mayor of the municipality draws up a detailed report on the allocation and proposed allocation of housing during the previous year. This report shows, for each arrondissement or group of arrondissements and for housing located outside the municipal territory, the number of new housing units and vacant housing units allocated or proposed for allocation during the year and their breakdown by category. The borough mayor must provide this information at the next meeting of the borough council.

Au début de chaque année, le maire de la commune dresse un bilan détaillé des attributions et propositions d’attribution de logements faites au cours de l’année précédente. Ce bilan fait apparaître, pour chaque arrondissement ou groupe d’arrondissements et pour les logements situés en dehors du territoire communal, le nombre des logements neufs et des logements vacants qui ont été attribués ou ont fait l’objet de propositions d’attribution au cours de l’exercice ainsi que leur répartition par catégorie. Le maire d’arrondissement communique ces informations à la plus proche séance du conseil d’arrondissement.
