Article R2513-7 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The mayor of Marseille may grant a delegation of signature to the commander of the Marseille marine firefighters battalion and, in the event of the commander’s absence or impediment, to the commander’s designated replacement or other deputies where applicable.

Le maire de Marseille peut accorder une délégation de signature au commandant du bataillon de marins-pompiers de Marseille et, en cas d’absence ou d’empêchement de celui-ci, au remplaçant désigné du commandant ou aux autres adjoints le cas échéant.
