The provisions of articles R. 1612-27 to R. 1612-31 shall not apply to communes in the departments of Moselle, Bas-Rhin and Haut-Rhin.

The provisions of article R. 1612-10, and articles R. 1612-19 to R. 1612-26 do not apply to the municipalities referred to in article L. 2543-2.

Les dispositions des articles R. 1612-27 à R. 1612-31 ne s’appliquent pas aux communes des départements de la Moselle, du Bas-Rhin et du Haut-Rhin.
