Draft contracts and any amendments thereto must be approved in writing by the Prefect prior to signature. In the absence of a response within fifteen days of the reasoned proposal from the territorial collectivity of French Guyana or the Department of Mayotte, the agreement is deemed to have been reached.

Les projets de marchés et de contrats et leurs éventuels avenants doivent, préalablement à leur signature, faire l’objet d’un accord écrit du préfet. A défaut de réponse dans un délai de quinze jours suivant la proposition motivée de la collectivité territoriale de Guyane ou du Département de Mayotte, l’accord est réputé acquis.
