Article R281-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

For the application of the provisions of this book in Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Réunion, Mayotte and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon:
1° References to the Prefect are replaced by references to the State representative in the local authority;
2° In article R. 237-1, the reference to Article R. 431-22 is deleted;
3° In Article R. 270-4, the reference to Article R. 812-1 is deleted.

Pour l’application des dispositions du présent livre en Guadeloupe, en Guyane, en Martinique, à La Réunion, à Mayotte et à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon :
1° Les références au préfet sont remplacées par la référence au représentant de l’Etat dans la collectivité ;
2° A l’article R. 237-1, la référence à l’article R. 431-22 est supprimée ;
3° A l’article R. 270-4, la référence à l’article R. 812-1 est supprimée.
