Article R3115-30 of the French Public Health Code

The results of inspections and copies of health inspection or health inspection exemption certificates issued on behalf of the State are kept for a period of five years by the persons or bodies mentioned in Article R. 3115-31 and are made available to the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.

The approved person or organisation shall provide the Director General of the Regional Health Agency with free access to all relevant information concerning the vessels for which it issues certificates, including direct access to the relevant documents and survey reports.

Les résultats des inspections et les copies des certificats de contrôle sanitaire ou d’exemption de contrôle sanitaire délivrés au nom de l’Etat sont conservés pendant une durée de cinq ans par les personnes ou les organismes mentionnés à l’article R. 3115-31 et sont tenus à disposition du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.

La personne ou l’organisme agréé donne au directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé un accès gratuit à toutes les informations pertinentes concernant les navires pour lesquels il délivre des certificats, notamment l’accès direct aux documents et rapports de visites appropriés.
