The mayor will issue an order authorising the use of temporary facilities by the public in the light of the opinion issued by the departmental advisory committee on safety and accessibility.

The mayor’s decision is notified directly to the owner and operator, as well as to the event organiser.

Le maire autorise par arrêté l’utilisation par le public des installations provisoires au vu de l’avis délivré par la commission consultative départementale de sécurité et d’accessibilité.

La décision du maire est notifiée directement au propriétaire et à l’exploitant ainsi qu’à l’organisateur de la manifestation.
