The fees charged by credit institutions, referred to in the first sentence of article L. 312-1-3 of the Monetary and Financial Code, may not exceed €8 per transaction and €80 per month per bank account.

Les commissions perçues par les établissements de crédit, mentionnées à la première phrase de l’article L. 312-1-3 du code monétaire et financier ne peuvent dépasser par compte bancaire un montant de 8 euros par opération et de 80 euros par mois.
