Article R312-4 of the French Sports Code

The declarations provided for in article R. 312-3 must identify :

1° In all cases, the sports facility, its use and its characteristics, as well as its owner and, where applicable, its operator;

2° In the event of modifications to the declared data, the nature of the modifications planned or carried out;

3° In the event of a transfer, the transferee and, where applicable, the intended use of the property.

These declarations are made on a form conforming to the model published by order of the Minister for Sport.

Article R312-4

Les déclarations prévues à l’article R. 312-3 doivent permettre d’identifier :

1° Dans tous les cas, l’équipement sportif, son affectation et ses caractéristiques, ainsi que son propriétaire et, le cas échéant, son exploitant ;

2° En cas de modification des données déclarées, la nature des modifications envisagées ou réalisées ;

3° En cas de cession, le cessionnaire et, le cas échéant, la destination du bien.

Elles sont souscrites sur un imprimé conforme au modèle publié par arrêté du ministre chargé des sports.
