Article R312-7-3 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

A person whose appeal has been rejected by the Deputy Director of Visas may apply to the Administrative Court to have this decision annulled within the time limits laid down in Articles R. 421-1 and R. 421-2 of the Code of Administrative Justice. The provisions of Article R. 421-7 of the Code of Administrative Justice are not applicable.
