Article R312-9 of the French Sports Code

When submitting the application for planning permission for the structure that is the subject of the application for approval of a sports arena subject to the provisions of articles L. 312-5 and L. 312-12, the owner sends an application for approval to the Prefect of the département in which the arena is located. The form that this application must take and the documents attached to it are set, after consultation with the Commission nationale de sécurité des enceintes sportives, by order of the Minister for the Interior and the Ministers for Construction and Sport.

Article R312-9

Lors du dépôt de la demande d’autorisation d’urbanisme portant sur l’ouvrage faisant l’objet de la demande d’homologation d’une enceinte sportive soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 312-5 et L. 312-12, le propriétaire adresse une demande d’homologation au préfet du département dans lequel l’enceinte est implantée. La forme que doit revêtir cette demande et les documents qui y sont annexés sont fixés, après avis de la Commission nationale de sécurité des enceintes sportives, par arrêté du ministre de l’intérieur et des ministres chargés de la construction et des sports.
