The provisions of the white plan are implemented by the director of the health care organisation, where appropriate, at the request of the director general of the regional health agency.

The director general of the regional health agency immediately informs the prefect of the department and the local emergency medical service (SAMU) of the activation of the white plan.

The prefect informs the departmental fire and rescue service and the representatives of the local authorities concerned.

Les dispositions du plan blanc sont mises en œuvre par le directeur de l’établissement de santé, le cas échéant, à la demande du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.

Le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé informe sans délai le préfet de département, le service d’aide médicale urgente (SAMU) territorialement compétent du déclenchement du plan blanc.

Le préfet informe le service départemental d’incendie et de secours et les représentants des collectivités territoriales concernées.
