Article R3131-16 of the French Public Health Code

For the application of this chapter in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon:

1° Articles R. 3131-4 to R. 3131-9 do not apply ;

2° II of article R. 3131-10 is replaced by the following provisions:

“II.-The ORSAN plan is drawn up by the Prefect. ” ;

3° III of article R. 3131-10 does not apply;

4° Article R. 3131-12 is replaced by the following provisions:

“Art. R. 3131-12 -I.-The territorial mobilisation plan is drawn up by the Prefect.

“II.-It is reviewed annually. At each review, the Prefect ensures that the territorial mobilisation plan is consistent with the ORSAN system;

5° III of article R. 3131-13 is replaced by the following provisions:

“III – It is sent to the Prefect of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon. ”

6° Article R. 3131-14 is replaced by the following provision:

“Art. R. 3131-14 -The provisions of the white plan are implemented by the director of the healthcare establishment, where applicable, at the request of the Prefect of Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon. “

Article R3131-16

Pour l’application du présent chapitre à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon :

1° Les articles R. 3131-4 à R. 3131-9 ne sont pas applicables ;

2° Le II de l’article R. 3131-10 est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes :

” II.-Le dispositif ORSAN est arrêté par le préfet. ” ;

3° Le III de l’article R. 3131-10 n’est pas applicable ;

4° L’article R. 3131-12 est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes :

” Art. R. 3131-12.-I.-Le plan territorial de mobilisation est arrêté par le préfet.

” II.-Il est révisé chaque année. A chaque révision, le préfet veille à la cohérence du plan territorial de mobilisation avec le dispositif ORSAN ;

5° Le III de l’article R. 3131-13 est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes :

” III.-Il est transmis au préfet de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon. ”

6° L’article R. 3131-14 est remplacé par la disposition suivante :

” Art. R. 3131-14.-Les dispositions du plan blanc sont mises en œuvre par le directeur de l’établissement de santé, le cas échéant, à la demande du préfet de Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon. “
