Article R322-10 of the French Sports Code

Without prejudice to the penalties set out in article L. 111-3, the Prefect may, under the conditions set out in articles R. 322-3 and R. 322-9, order the closure of an establishment whose operator opposes or attempts to oppose the administrative authority’s monitoring of compliance with the provisions of articles L. 322-1 and L. 322-2.

Article R322-10

Sans préjudice des sanctions instituées à l’article L. 111-3, le préfet peut, dans les conditions fixées aux articles R. 322-3 et R. 322-9, prononcer la fermeture de l’établissement dont l’exploitant s’oppose ou tente de s’opposer au contrôle par l’autorité administrative du respect des dispositions des articles L. 322-1 et L. 322-2.
