The establishments mentioned in article L. 322-1 in which physical and sporting activities are practised must have a first aid kit designed to provide first aid in the event of an accident and a means of communication enabling the emergency services to be alerted quickly. In any establishment where a physical or sporting activity is practised, a copy must be displayed in a place visible to everyone: 1° The diplomas and qualifications of the persons exercising the functions mentioned in article L. 212-1 in the establishment, as well as the professional cards they hold in application of article R. 212-86 or the trainee certificates mentioned in article R. 212-87 ; 2° The texts setting out,…

The operator of an establishment mentioned in article L. 322-1 is required to inform the Prefect : a) Any serious accident ; b) Any situation which presents or has presented serious risks in terms of probability and possible consequences for the health and physical or moral safety of participants.

The health and safety guarantees as well as the technical standards mentioned in article L. 322-2 are set by order of the Minister for Sport and the ministers concerned after consultation with the sports federation holding the delegation mentioned in article L. 131-14 for the disciplines concerned.
