Article R322-5 of the French Sports Code

In any establishment where a physical or sporting activity is practised, a copy must be displayed in a place visible to everyone:

1° The diplomas and qualifications of the persons exercising the functions mentioned in article L. 212-1 in the establishment, as well as the professional cards they hold in application of article R. 212-86 or the trainee certificates mentioned in article R. 212-87 ;

2° The texts setting out, under the conditions provided for in article R. 322-7, the health and safety guarantees and technical standards applicable to the supervision of the physical and sporting activities mentioned in article L. 322-2 ;

3° A certificate of the insurance contract taken out by the operator of the establishment in accordance with article L. 321-1.

Article R322-5

Dans tout établissement où est pratiquée une activité physique ou sportive doit être affichée, en un lieu visible de tous, une copie :

1° Des diplômes et titres des personnes exerçant dans l’établissement les fonctions mentionnées à l’article L. 212-1, ainsi que des cartes professionnelles qu’elles détiennent en application de l’article R. 212-86 ou des attestations de stagiaire mentionnées à l’article R. 212-87 ;

2° Des textes fixant, dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 322-7, les garanties d’hygiène et de sécurité et les normes techniques applicables à l’encadrement des activités physiques et sportives mentionnées à l’article L. 322-2 ;

3° De l’attestation du contrat d’assurance conclu par l’exploitant de l’établissement conformément à l’article L. 321-1.
