Article R322-120-1 of the French Insurance Code

In the event of the dismissal of a general manager or the collective dismissal of the members of the board of directors of an entity in the network as referred to in III and IV of Article L. 322-27-2, the central body shall provisionally appoint the persons responsible for carrying out their duties until new incumbents are appointed and shall inform the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution.

Article R322-120-1

En cas de révocation d’un directeur général ou de révocation collective des membres du conseil d’administration d’un organisme du réseau mentionnées aux III et IV de l’article L. 322-27-2, l’organe central désigne à titre provisoire les personnes chargées d’exercer leurs fonctions jusqu’à la désignation de nouveaux titulaires et en informe l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution.
